Bryan has been a culinary master for over three decades. He began his culinary journey as an intern under a French Chef.
One of Bryan’s signature dishes is his Gumbo, which he has perfected with his special recipe.
Aside from cooking, Bryan has also been an avid baseball player for over 20 years. In fact, he was even drafted by the St. Louis Cardinals when he was 18 and played for them for three years!
Bryan also enjoys playing golf in his free time. He lives in Azusa and is married with three children.
