Flor has been working in the senior health industry since 2003 and for Arcadia Gardens since 2019. She feels the residents are the best part of her job; they give her work meaning. She likes knowing she is making a difference and helping out those in need. She says Arcadia Gardens feels like a second home to her with friendly co-workers. She is dedicated to her two kids, and enjoys taking her two dogs on walks around her neighborhood. She loves watching movies with her family and relaxing with a good book in her back yard on her hammock.
