Harley Rodriguez
Assistant Activity Director
Harley has always been passionate about working with the elderly and disabled. This drive to help and care for others began at a young age, and it has been her guiding principle ever since. Before joining the Arcadia Gardens Team, she worked with autistic youth and also with mentally ill patients.
Growing up in El Monte, Harley was responsible for taking care of her disabled sister. She credits this experience for teaching her the value of compassion, empathy, and patience. “I was a caregiver before I knew what it was,” she says.
Currently, she is studying to become a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) at North West College.
When she’s not studying or working, Harley loves to read and spend time with her pets: a bunny and two dogs.
