Hiaira, can proudly say her first and only job she has had in her life has been at Arcadia Gardens. She brings joy and love for seniors to her job every day, helping create moments of fun and happiness for our residents.

She has worked here for 22 years. What she likes most is bringing cheer to the residents. Her love and passion for her work reflects on the residents. She likes to arrive and greet the residents with a “good morning” and a smile; she loves receiving the smiles back from them. She is fascinated with nature. She likes to visit places with flowers, trees, rivers and is always accompanied by her only daughter and husband. For her vacations, she enjoys traveling to her country of Guatemala.
