Culinary Service Director
Our Culinary Chef, Nathan Rojas, graduated from The California School of Culinary Art in Pasadena. He honed his craft, working with such notable chefs as Lee Hefter and Matt Bencivenga of Spago, Beverly Hills and Mark Urwand of The Standard Hotel in Hollywood. He has won multiple Culinary Contests for his delectable, beautifully presented cuisine. Our residents love his delicious cooking and he finds their feedback highly rewarding. He is a devoted father to his three boys and three girls and spends his free time reading historical literature.
